She graduated Nursing School from Montana State University in 2014 as her passion has always been to serve others and has their best interest at heart. Her nursing background is Medical/Surgical and Operating Room nursing. She is passionate about skin care and helping people to feel beautiful in their own skin. She has been trained and certified in PRP/PRF Microneedling, PRP/PRF Injections, IV’s, as well as Botox and Juvederm.. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to church, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Andrew Taylor began his medical career shortly after high school by enlisting in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman (HM2) attached to the Marine Corps (Field Medical Service Technician). After an Honorable Discharge, he worked in the emergency room at an E. Los Angeles hospital as an emergency medical technician (EMT) while going to nursing school at Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California. After passing the California State nursing board examination, Andrew accepted employment with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at the Men’s Central Jail as a Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse-Sheriff). During those 8 years with the Sheriff’s Department, Andrew attended SAMRA University of Oriental Medicine and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a Certificate of Proficiency in Acupuncture. Andrew Then relocated to the greater Seattle area and was employed as an emergency triage nurse at Valley Medical Center in Renton. During this time Andrew also operated four acupuncture clinics in Renton, Bellevue, Kent and Federal Way. Andrew also began taking various Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy programs with legendary hypnotists such as Charles Tebbetts, Jeffrey Stephens, David Snyder, Sean Michael Andrews, Ines Simpson, Sheila Granger and many others. After several years as an emergency triage nurse, Andrew passed his ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) Board Certifiication as a psychiatric and mental health nurse (RN-BC) and accepted employment with Swedish Medical Center in Seattle working in the 36 bed voluntary and involuntary Behavioral Health Unit. In 2016, Andrew began his private practice at Body Therapeutics Wellness Center in Monroe offering gastro-band hypnosis with acupuncture for obesity and smoking cessation. This year after receiving training in Dr. Charles Runels Vampire Facial/Facelift, Vampire Breast lift, Vampire Hair Re-growth, O-Shot and P-Shot procedures, Andrew expanded his services to include these in his hypnotherapy and acupuncture practice. Andrew's hobbies include riding his Harleys as a member in Bikers Against Child Abuse (www.bacausa.com) and playing bagpipes for weddings, memorials and events (www.affordablebagpiper.com) of which his proceeds are donated to BACA.

Dr. Robert has been doing PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections for several years with wonderful results for cartilage damage, osteoarthritis and, tendon and ligament tears. Dr. Azar Sadeghalvad of La Belle Anti-Aging and Wellness Clinic in Bellevue, WA, completed her Residency training in Internal Medicine at The Conception Hospital, in San German, Puerto Rico. She was selected as Chief Resident of the program, and won the award for “excellent performance as Third Year Resident.” In addition, she was nominated as a Poster-Finalist presenter at the American College of Physicians in New-Orleans, and won first prize for the “Most Distinguished Clinical Case Poster Presentation” at the 8th Annual Scientific Conference of Ponce School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Puerto Rico. As a child in Iran, Dr. Sadeghalvad watched her grandmother’s health decline and saw how helpless her mother felt as she tried to help her. She too felt helpless and was determined to learn how to prevent this kind of suffering. The experience played a major role in her decision to pursue a career in medicine. At age 10, her family moved to Canada where her interest in the medical field continued to grow. Dr. Sadeghalvad graduated from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia with a Major in Biochemistry and a Minor in Chemistry. She continued her medical education at Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic where she learned about the Latin culture and language. Her Residency in Internal Medicine was completed at the Hospital de La Conception in Puerto Rico where she served as Chief Resident during her final year of training. Dr. Sadeghalvad is fluent in Farsi, English, and Spanish. She enjoys cooking, traveling, walking by the beach, and learning about new cultures.
