Dr. Owings graduated from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. She finished both Pediatrics and Surgery residencies, as well as further training in Critical Care and Pediatric Surgery. Hal Blatman MD, DAAPM, ABIHM, is the medical director of the Blatman Health & Wellness Center and a Past President of the American Holistic Medical Association. He is co-author of Winner's Guide to Pain Relief, an easy do it yourself guide for understanding and treating myofascial pain. He completed two years of training in orthopedic surgery and is credentialed in Pain Management, Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. He is a nationally recognized specialist in treating myofascial pain disorders. In the early 1990s he studied with the late Janet Travell, a pioneer and pain physician to President John F. Kennedy. During the past 30 years his practice of medicine has evolved from orthopedic and allopathic medicine training to a holistic and functional medicine practice that treats patients of all ages. 

Dr. Blatman's team specializes in providing solutions for healing pain, ligament and tendon injury, and fibromyalgia- chronic fatigue syndrome. Originally from Tuscon, Elyse earned her BSN from the University of Arizona before heading to New York City, where she gained experience in the cardiac cath lab, ED observation and internal medicine. After moving to Indianapolis, she worked at Peyton Manning Childrens Hospital in the NICU, PICU and Pediatric ED. She completed her MSN at the University of Cincinnati in 2023 and began her NP career in medical aesthetics. As a mom of four, she was drawn to holistic wellness when searching for the best care for her own family. This led her to functional medicine, and ultimately, to Well Infused.

Sean is a Board Certified aesthetic injection specialist. He is Board Certified through the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. He is proficient in PRP therapies. He has been performing PRP and stem cell treatment applications since 2008 for orthopedic applications, aesthetics, hair restoration, and wound healing. Tosca R. Moore, RN, BSN, CCRN, CLNC, Aesthetic Injection Specialist, has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare profession. She graduated from Redlands College of Nursing and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma State Regents in 1990. Her internship was at Oklahoma City University Medical Center. She is an experienced and clinically skilled registered nurse with a practice resume including; UF Health Shands in Jacksonville and Gainesville, Nemours, Baptist Health, North Florida Regional Medical Center and Veteran’s Healthcare System. She studied at the American Academy of Procedural Medicine where she received her training and credentialing in Botox and Dermal filler administration, facial sculpting and body contouring, mesotherapy, cellulite therapy, sclerotherapy, laser solutions for the skin, and advanced aesthetics in 2010. She was the consulting partner for a busy aesthetics practice in North Central Florida before she started with The Center for anti aging in Jacksonville, Florida. She then expanded her practice to include Nutrition and Supplements in Ocala, Florida. She also partnered with Dr. Maurice Dure to open her own Concierge Aesthetic Service and Aesthetic Consulting firm. She is clinically certified in platelet rich plasma therapy through the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association including the trademarked procedure the Vampire Facelift.
