Dr. Sudy received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Following medical school, he served as a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force. during that time, he was involved with establishing the Health and Wellness Center on base as well as serving as Chief of Flight Medicine. Following his active duty commitment, he completed an Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, serving as Chief Resident in his senior year. Dr. Sudy, a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, now dedicates his practice to vein, cosmetic and wellness services utilizing results oriented, proven and safe procedures. Dr. Sudy is highly trained in laser treatments including laser hair removal, cosmetic laser surgery and vein therapies utilizing lasers and minimally invasive techniques. He is a member of the American College of Phlebology and the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Anne N. Truong, M.D. is the sole founder and owner of Truong Rehabilitation Center. Hal Blatman MD, DAAPM, ABIHM, is the medical director of the Blatman Health & Wellness Center and a Past President of the American Holistic Medical Association. He is co-author of Winner's Guide to Pain Relief, an easy do it yourself guide for understanding and treating myofascial pain. He completed two years of training in orthopedic surgery and is credentialed in Pain Management, Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. Tosca R. Moore, RN, BSN, CCRN, CLNC, Aesthetic Injection Specialist, has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare profession. She graduated from Redlands College of Nursing and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma State Regents in 1990. Her internship was at Oklahoma City University Medical Center. She is an experienced and clinically skilled registered nurse with a practice resume including; UF Health Shands in Jacksonville and Gainesville, Nemours, Baptist Health, North Florida Regional Medical Center and Veteran’s Healthcare System. She studied at the American Academy of Procedural Medicine where she received her training and credentialing in Botox and Dermal filler administration, facial sculpting and body contouring, mesotherapy, cellulite therapy, sclerotherapy, laser solutions for the skin, and advanced aesthetics in 2010. She was the consulting partner for a busy aesthetics practice in North Central Florida before she started with The Center for anti aging in Jacksonville, Florida. She then expanded her practice to include Nutrition and Supplements in Ocala, Florida. He graduated from Yale University in 1978 with Honors in Molecular Bio-Physics and Biochemistry. In 1982 Dr. Carrozzella earned his MD from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. At UC, he placed in the top 5% of his class and he achieved a distinguished status by earning the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society award in his junior year, one of only 10 students in a class of 200 to do so. He was selected as the number one choice by the University of Cincinnati Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery, a significant accomplishment in a very competitive subspecialty field. By placing in the top 5% of his Board Certification group, Dr. Carrozzella again showed a superior medical aptitude. In the final phase of his early training, he was selected as the very first fellow of what has become one of the premier Hand Surgery Training programs in United States, the Mary S Stern Fellowship in Hand and Micro-Surgery. Dr. Carrozzella was a practicing Orthopaedic Surgeon for more 25 years. Since 2000, he has been located in the Tampa Bay-Orlando corridor. I have been a medical doctor for 36 years. Melissa, MSN, RN-BC leads our aesthetics effort. She is an Aesthetics Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience, and believes skincare should be treated as healthcare. Melissa is one of the only licensed and trained Vampire Treatment providers in Tennessee. During her career, Melissa has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest and most prestigious healthcare systems in the United States, including Cornell in New York City and Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. While working at Vanderbilt, she was the recipient of the Elevate Team Award for her work in neurological research. She has also facilitated a clinical trial for the University of Miami Healthcare System. In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and experiencing new cultures.
