Melissa, MSN, RN-BC leads our aesthetics effort. She is an Aesthetics Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience, and believes skincare should be treated as healthcare. Melissa is one of the only licensed and trained Vampire Treatment providers in Tennessee. During her career, Melissa has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest and most prestigious healthcare systems in the United States, including Cornell in New York City and Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. While working at Vanderbilt, she was the recipient of the Elevate Team Award for her work in neurological research. She has also facilitated a clinical trial for the University of Miami Healthcare System. In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and experiencing new cultures.

I am Julie Mihalik, I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Eleve' Health & Aesthetics. My career began over 15 years ago as an RN, I have worked in various specialties including neurology, orthopedic and wound care. Since becoming an FNP, I have worked in a variety of in-patient and out-patient settings, nursing homes, long-term, sub-acute care, Primary care, and Pulmonary. I have expanded my practice with facial aesthetics, hormonal therapy, and weight loss management. I am a highly trained injector and I am certified in Botox and dermal fillers, hormonal therapy, Vampire facelift, O-Shot, P-shot. I have trained with the best in the busines. My goal is to provide stunning, natural results that brings back my patient’s youthful appearance and regenerative medicine, utilizing the body’s natural healing mechanisms to rejuvenate and repair tissues.

Alicia Olmoz, DNP, FNP-BC, ENP Alicia is a board-certified nurse practitioner with advanced training in regenerative aesthetics and hormone optimization. She specializes in procedures that harness the body’s own healing potential, including the Vampire Facelift®. Known for her precision, artistry, and evidence-based approach, she blends medical expertise with natural-looking aesthetic results. Alicia is committed to helping patients restore confidence, vitality, and youthful radiance through safe, customized treatment plans.

Practicing Aesthetic Medicine exclusively since 2001. Well trained in the use of all dermal fillers, neuromodulators, various lasers and sclerotherapy. Achieved board certification in Aesthetic Medicine (through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine) in 2013. Currently pursuing certification in Functional Medicine.

Dr. Behiry has been caring for women for over 30 years. He holds degrees and training from Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt as well as Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In early 90s, Dr. Behiry moved permanently to the USA where he became a US citizen. In the USA, he had the opportunity to work and gain access to the most advanced up to date procedures in OB/GYN. Dr. Behiry attended numerous medical conferences as a speaker and participant. He also lectured in Egypt, USA, and other countries. ​Recently, Dr. Behiry returned to Egypt to continue his mission in improving the physical, sexual, and psychological health of Egyptian women.

Dr. Joelle Lieman is Board Certified in the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the greater Boston area for over 15 years. Her unique perspective on the effects of aging on the body and skin led Dr. Lieman to the specialized field of aesthetics a decade ago. Dr. Kaye has treated over 15,000 patients during his medical career and is currently managing the care of approximately 800 patients at Optimal Wellness MD.

Dr. Beck is a nationally known eye specialist in the field of Ophthalmology. He graduated medical school from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, Magna Cum Laude, in Maywood, IL. He interned at Loyola University in the Department of General Surgery. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Northwestern University Department of Ophthalmology, Chicago, IL. His Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgical Disease was completed at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Boston, MA. Dr. Beck went on to complete additional training in Blepharoplasty Surgery under the instruction of Dr. Henry Baylus in Santa Monica, California.

Dr. Pickens is a board-certified specialist recognized by the Consumer’s Research Council of America as a leading physician in the field of cosmetic medicine. The goal of the providers and staff is for ABOUT FACE to be a place where genuine care and comfort of her clients is her highest mission. Dr. Pickens’ philosophy is to help clients achieve, maintain or restore healthy-appearing skin and reduced signs of aging through education, motivation and support. Dr. Pickens was educated at Tulane University School of Medicine and trained in residency programs at Howard University Hospital in General Surgery and Boston City Hospital in Emergency Medicine. Anne N. Truong, M.D. is the sole founder and owner of Truong Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Truong has extensive experience in the non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries using state-of-the-art techniques such as Trigger Point injections and Regenerative Therapies, ultra-sound-guided injections to joints and muscles, medical acupuncture and osteopathic manipulation. She has been doing regenerative cell therapy since 2006, also has taught numerous doctors all over the world on regenerative medicine. Her approach is to decrease pain and to restore strength and function without medications and/or surgery. Once pain reduction is achieved, she prescribes a personal wellness exercise program for patients. Drawing upon her many areas of experience and expertise, as well as the capabilities of her allied health staff, Dr. Truong is able to deliver individualized treatment for each patient. She currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for Virginia Commonwealth University at the Medical College of Virginia. She has been named Top Doctors in 2012, 2013, and 2014 by Northern Virginia Magazine. She has served as the President of the Virginia Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society since 2005. Dr. Truong resides with her husband and two children in the Fredericksburg area.
