Anne N. Truong, M.D. is the sole founder and owner of Truong Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Truong has extensive experience in the non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries using state-of-the-art techniques such as Trigger Point injections and Regenerative Therapies, ultra-sound-guided injections to joints and muscles, medical acupuncture and osteopathic manipulation. She has been doing regenerative cell therapy since 2006, also has taught numerous doctors all over the world on regenerative medicine. Her approach is to decrease pain and to restore strength and function without medications and/or surgery. Once pain reduction is achieved, she prescribes a personal wellness exercise program for patients. Drawing upon her many areas of experience and expertise, as well as the capabilities of her allied health staff, Dr. Truong is able to deliver individualized treatment for each patient. Dr. Truong is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She received her B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Berkley and her M.D. from the University of Nevada, School of Medicine. Dr. Truong completed her Internal Medicine Internship at the University of California, Irvine. She attended Baylor College of Medicine, one of the nation’s top residency programs for Pain Management and Rehabilitation. She currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for Virginia Commonwealth University at the Medical College of Virginia. She has been named Top Doctors in 2012, 2013, and 2014 by Northern Virginia Magazine. She has served as the President of the Virginia Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society since 2005. Dr. Truong resides with her husband and two children in the Fredericksburg area.
