Dr. Maryann Prewitt, the founder of HealthWellnessMD, welcomes all men and women seeking a modern way to age and an optimal way to live. As a functional medicine physician, she knows that your quality of life is as important as your symptoms and that sexual wellness is critical for physical and emotional health. Dr. Prewitt often says that when women are happy, the world is happy. And the evolution of her practice is proof. A gynecologist and robotic surgeon, Dr. Prewitt is an expert in the pelvic floor—of women and men. We all have pelvic floors. Once she made her female patients feel so well, they began asking if she could help their husbands. Now, 45% of Dr. Prewitt’s patients are men who routinely refer their male friends. She wants all of her patients to live their optimal lives. Heather developed her passion for nursing while working in acute care, plastic surgery, and aesthetics since 2003. Throughout her career she has had the privilege to work as a surgical and aesthetic nurse; she has helped set up multiple office based accredited surgical suites by implementing and managing safety protocols and procedures. Heather is very excited to bring her unique skill set to our aesthetic practice. She holds multiple certifications: BioTE Medical Certified Practitioner, Sedation Certified Registered Nurse, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Aesthetic Techniques with Injectables and Low-Energy Devices. She excels at helping her patients coordinate their aesthetic journey with the expertise of our dynamic team by incorporating injectables with our wide array of energy devices. She is trained and continues her education for the latest available products or newest technology in the art and science of aesthetic injectables. She specializes in products including Botox, Dysport, Vobella, Juvederm, Vollure, Voluma, Restylane Silk, Restylane, Restylane Refyne and Defyne, Restylane Lyft, Kybella, Sculptra and more. She is a certified provider for the Vampire Facial, Vampire Facelift, Hair Restoration, O-Shot, and Priapus shot. She takes pride in maintaining the integrity of the practice of nursing by ensuring prudent patient care; along with patient safety, advocacy, and education. She empowers her patients with knowledge for collaborative good decision making, while maintaining the integrity and quality of aesthetic nursing. She prides herself by helping her patients become the best “them”; telling her patient’s “It is important that we preserve your natural expressions and architecture; we just want to soften the signs of aging”. Heather and her husband Clay have two energetic boys, Caden and Easton; and they have two affectionate pugs, Camper and Bella. When she is not injecting patients, helping them achieve their aesthetic journey, her and her family can be found camping, fishing or cheering on our hometown football team, the Texans.

Dr. Jennifer Walden is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is formally fellowship-trained in Cosmetic Surgery. She practices plastic surgery in her own fully accredited office operating suite, and has a full medspa and sexual wellness center for both women and men in her hometown of Austin, Texas. Dr. Walden is an active member of the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery; she is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Walden currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and is the Commissioner of Communications for ASAPS as well. Since 2014, she has been recognized as one of Texas Super Doctors, as seen in Texas Monthly and since 2016 Dr. Walden has been one of Castle Connelly’s Top Doctors.

Dr. Guljeet Sohal has focused her medical practice on results-oriented, non-invasive aesthetic and cosmetic medicine that requires little to no downtime. After serving as Chief Resident and assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine, she reduced her commitment to Baylor Family Practice so she can help patients beyond just treating them for illnesses. She is on-site, hands-on, and does all the injectable procedures herself.

Susan Lundy, APRN-BC has been in the Aesthetic industry for the last 5 years, she is a Allergan certified Master Injector of fillers and botox, she is also trained in Laser Hair removal, Laser Tattoo removal, IPL and Laser Skin resurfacing as well as Dermal Needling and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening. She also is trained to perform The Time Machine procedure developed by Dr. Tess Mauricio of San Diego for facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Williams considers Urban Wellness & Aesthetics of Houston and Wellness & Aesthetics of San Antonio his life calling. Dr. Williams has a BA in Biology from Harvard University. He received his MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He did his General Surgery Residency @ Allegheny General Hospital and then became a Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force. Dr. Williams has extensive training in Lasers and Medical Spa procedures.
