I am Julie Mihalik, I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Eleve' Health & Aesthetics. My career began over 15 years ago as an RN, I have worked in various specialties including neurology, orthopedic and wound care. Since becoming an FNP, I have worked in a variety of in-patient and out-patient settings, nursing homes, long-term, sub-acute care, Primary care, and Pulmonary. I have expanded my practice with facial aesthetics, hormonal therapy, and weight loss management. I am a highly trained injector and I am certified in Botox and dermal fillers, hormonal therapy, Vampire facelift, O-Shot, P-shot. I have trained with the best in the busines. My goal is to provide stunning, natural results that brings back my patient’s youthful appearance and regenerative medicine, utilizing the body’s natural healing mechanisms to rejuvenate and repair tissues.

Dr. Rametta received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham College in 1980. He then pursued his medical education at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, graduating in 1985. Subsequently, he completed his postgraduate education, including an Internship at Union Hospital in Union, N.J. and Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J. Dr. Rametta is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr Rametta was previously in Private Practice as an Internal Medicine Specialist for over 18 years. Dr Rametta is in the field of Medical Aesthetics specializing in injectables including Botox and Fillers. He considers injectables to be an art form looking to enhance natural beauty and symmetry. Dr Rametta is also an avid abstract art painter which complements his skills in medical aesthetics. Dr Rametta enjoys spending time with his clients to truly uncover the look they want to achieve with medical aesthetics. When Dr Rametta is not working, he enjoys playing music as a woodwind player and hitting the local links in Florida for golf.

Melissa, MSN, RN-BC leads our aesthetics effort. She is an Aesthetics Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience, and believes skincare should be treated as healthcare. Melissa is one of the only licensed and trained Vampire Treatment providers in Tennessee. During her career, Melissa has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest and most prestigious healthcare systems in the United States, including Cornell in New York City and Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. While working at Vanderbilt, she was the recipient of the Elevate Team Award for her work in neurological research. She has also facilitated a clinical trial for the University of Miami Healthcare System. In her free time, Melissa enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines and experiencing new cultures.

Dr. Aditi Menon, MD is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and specializes in regenerative medicine. Dr. Menon earned her medical degree at the State University of New York Brooklyn Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. She then completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital at New York-Presbyterian University Hospitals of Columbia Presbyterian and Weill Cornell with training in Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Menon is trained in regenerative medicine in which she practices ultrasound guided injections including: Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cell Therapy, Aesthetics, Wellness and Sports Medicine. She utilizes the latest techniques and research to achieve the best results Dr. Menon incorporates PRP in both pain management as well as aesthetics.

Mira Kaga, M.D. is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University with a degree in the bachelor of the arts. She went on to become a TempleMed Scholar and was awarded her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Internship at Georgetown University Hospital and received her residency diploma from Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Rada Shakov, MD is a board Certified Gastroenterologist, who has a passion for Cosmetic Medicine. Born in Baku, Azerbaijan, Dr. Shakov came America with her family in 1980. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY and now resides in Toms River, NJ. Dr. Shakov trained in Paterson, NJ under the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine Affiliate, St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center. She enjoys spending time with her 2 sons and husband. She also enjoys traveling and partaking in exciting culinary exeriences.

Dr Robert Frankel MD is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of Anti- Aging Regenerative Medicine. Certified in PRP , Medical Weight loss, Botox and Fillers via Empire Medical Training
