Cassie grew up in Montana and has enjoyed living in the beautiful Coeur d'Alene area since 2016. She graduated Nursing School from Montana State University in 2014 as her passion has always been to serve others and has their best interest at heart. Her nursing background is Medical/Surgical and Operating Room nursing. She is passionate about skin care and helping people to feel beautiful in their own skin. She has been trained and certified in PRP/PRF Microneedling, PRP/PRF Injections, IV’s, as well as Botox and Juvederm.. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to church, hiking and other outdoor activities.

I have been a professional in Health Care for over thirty years. I worked as an RN in Intensive Care, Trauma/Surgical ICU, Home Care, High Risk Labor and Delivery at University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center Hospital. I worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife/ Nurse Practitioner in Utah and in the Lakes Region in New Hampshire. Moving to Idaho was the best thing I ever did. I was employed at a private medical practice and utilized my Family Nurse Practitioner training. I became Medical Director at Siempre Skin Care in 2006 providing Botox and Filler injections, chemical peels and general skin health assessment. I now offer those services at my own location at 216 W State St Boise, Idaho 82702. I was one of the first providers of the PDO Thread Facelift Procedure in Idaho. I am certified and trained in Vampire Facelift , Vampire Facial PRP Treatment, O-Shot, P-Shot, PRP Hair Restoration and the Vampire BreastLift.

Brooke is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing in 2003 from Linfield College-School of Nursing, in Portland, Oregon. She is the lead Injector as well as an Educator for the Institute's Injectable training course. She also teaches a Platelet Rich Plasma course for Advanced Aesthetics Education Group in the Pacific Northwest. It is her mission to provide you with the best customer experience possible whether that be in the treatment room or classroom.

Nationally Certified Injector/RN-C. Nancy has been practicing aesthetic artistry for over 40 years. Extensive surgical experience with plastic surgeons, intra-facility flight/ground ambulance nurse, Director of Nursing, Trauma Nurse, Intensive Care Nursing. Experience with total joints and sterile processing.
