Dr. Beck is a nationally known eye specialist in the field of Ophthalmology. He graduated medical school from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, Magna Cum Laude, in Maywood, IL. He interned at Loyola University in the Department of General Surgery. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the Northwestern University Department of Ophthalmology, Chicago, IL. His Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgical Disease was completed at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Boston, MA. Dr. Beck went on to complete additional training in Blepharoplasty Surgery under the instruction of Dr. Henry Baylus in Santa Monica, California.

Dr. Kaye received his Bachelors in Science, Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in 1989. He has completed a Surgery Internship, is Board-Certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and has obtained extensive postgraduate training and certification in Integrative and Holistic Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine and Functional Medicine. He is a member of the Sigma Xi and Alpha Omega Alpha scientific and medical honor societies, a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Holistic Medical Association and the Institute for Functional Medicine. Dr. Kaye has treated over 15,000 patients during his medical career and is currently managing the care of approximately 800 patients at Optimal Wellness MD.

Co-owner Therese Geary has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and grew up in Westwood. Therese has extensive experience in multiple nursing disciplines, including working as an operating room nurse, a post-operative surgical and wound care nurse and nurse manager at local institutions including Lahey Clinic, Tufts Medical Center and Norwood Hospital. Therese has taught as an Advanced Clinical Instructor at the Aesthetics Institute of Massachusetts.

Dr. Joelle Lieman is Board Certified in the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the greater Boston area for over 15 years. Her unique perspective on the effects of aging on the body and skin led Dr. Lieman to the specialized field of aesthetics a decade ago. Dr. Lieman realized her vision of opening a unique, specialized luxury Medspa — Elite Aesthetics, where she and her staff of highly trained, exacting professionals provide a personalized and reassuring approach to aesthetic medicine by using the most sophisticated, cutting edge technologies and techniques. Through a prescribed customized plan, Dr. Lieman enhances the best version of each patient to feel their most confident.

Dr Sandhu is a board certified physician who has been practicing aesthetics and Internal Medicine for the last ten years. She brings a wealth of experience and extensive training to Neem Medical Spa & Wellness Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Her procedural skill and artistic style along with her compassion, and willingness to really listen to her patient's needs , combine to enhance the beauty and aesthetic results in each and every patient.

Dr. Shanthala Shivananjappa is a board-certified physician practicing in the Boston area with 20 years of medical experience. She completed Residency training at Harvard University, and has been on the faculty at Harvard and Yale. Over the last 4 years she has transitioned to Aesthetic and Anti-aging Medicine with training in aesthetic procedures and advanced non-surgical anti-aging technologies. She has been preceptored by some of the country’s leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
